New House

Finally I decided to buy a house which not far from my current rented house after got point of views from my siblings. So busy to settle down everything related to urusniaga pembelian rumah..hehe
SO lucky my agent so helpful and explaining all the procedures and terms. Even he added in some conditions in our agreement that protect me if something happen masa urusniaga tu.
Already submitted loan application this afternoon and really hope that everything goes smoothly. AMinn...
