Aku skrg ni ntah ler jadi malas tul nak bercerita. Padahal byk benda nak citer. Tp tgn malas nak karang ayat... hahahaha
Oklah...aku kan join Fitness First dah hampir 2 bulan dah. So selain dapat free 3 session with Personal Trainer, aku ambik jugak sessions with PT. Sbbnya aku cam lost gak kalau pi sana, tp tak tahu nak wat apa. So better grab ilmu dulu ngan depa baru la buat by own. Derang pun mmg kalau blh suh kita independent but mestilah kena tahu dulu basic dia kan.
My target pi FF not for lose weight. Actually for body toning. Nak kempiskan perut yg menggelebeh dan melipat sampai sesak nafas time nak duduk dan jugak utk menghilangkan lambaian di lengan ini..hahahaha
Nak exercise sendiri, stkt jogging, semua org leh buat kan... But for body toning, should have expert la kan. Dan sbg satu discipline. Why? Sbb kalau kita pi sana sajer2, kkdg timbul gak malas..bila dah malas, lelama kita secara sendiri akan start mls bersenam. So bila ada appointment ngan PT, malas ke apa, you should go. Bila dah pi, sah2 la kena wat senaman kan?
So my PT ni atlet utk KickBoxing and Muay Thai. I learn a lot of things from her. Since dia tahu pasal kick boxing, so once a week kitoarg akan buat kick boxing. Mmg bestttttt...Dan mmg penatttttt..
And she also help me a lot dlm make sure my joints ok balik. Yelah, aku kan arthritis. So far takat ni, tangan aku dah much better. Still rs la sipi2, tp much2 better.
So last night adalah my last session and my last day with her. Actually ada lagi bbrp session with her. Tp terpaksa pass kat her friend (another PT) sbb dia nak resign utk concentrate on her own business. So I wish her good luck and hope her business get a lot of money..hahaha
So this Saturday (or dont know yet when sbb soon-to-be my PT lom call lagi utk set date), I'll train with new PT. Sbnrnya cam sedih gak ler sbb dah biasa ngan former PT tu kan, tp new PT ni pun ok gak sbb pernah gak sekali train ngan dia. Kitaorg pun serasi gak. Dan yg aku suka sbb dia pun tahu pasal kick boxing, so will be no problem utk sambung balik bljr kick boxing tu.
So hope I'll be ok after this.
